Your journey to a healthy you should be filled with flavorful foods that delight your senses and call you and your family & friends to the dinner table. Together we will revise one of your favorite home cooked meals or a restaurant favorite into a healthy, tasty easy-to-cook version. Prior to getting into the kitchen we will sit at your table and discuss healthier options, the value of a balanced meal, what is a balanced meal, and take a peek into your pantry/cabinets. Additionally we will work to; Reduce the amount of fat, oils, sugar, and salt Make a healthy substitution Adding vegetables and fruits Eliminate or cut back on some ingredients Change cooking and prep techniques Decreasing the portion sizes You will be equipped to shop better and eat healthier.
