That might work for some people, but truth be told, it’s never worked for me. In 2012 I started my weight loss journey, and I stumbled my way to being healthy. I tried following all kinds of plans and had a personal trainer put me on an eating plan that gave me great results on the scale but lacked the proper nutrition. It took time, but in four years, I went from 286 pounds to 168 pounds. However, it didn’t last.
